Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 (8 oz.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 large can whole kernel corn
    1 large can creamed corn
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in butter until soft.
    Mix with corn ingredients.
    Pour into lightly oiled 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Top with sour cream, then cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
