Raisin Ricotta Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. each light and dark raisins
    orange slices (for garnish)
Preparation
    Separate 2 of the eggs.
    Put whites in small bowl.
    Beat until foamy.
    Add cream of tartar.
    In a large mixing bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, citrus peel, sugar, egg yolks and remaining whole egg.
    Stir in raisins.
    Stir in about 1/4 of the egg whites, then add rest of whites.
