Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. corn syrup
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 qts. popcorn
Preparation

Melt butter in pan for 1/2 hour.
Stir every 15 minutes at 250 degrees.
Stir in brown sugar, syrup and salt.
Bring to a boil.
Stir constantly.
Boil 5 minutes over medium heat, do not stir.
Remove from heat and add soda and vanilla. Pour over popcorn and mix well.
