Stsegte Kartofler(Fried Potatoes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    2 large onions
    6 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Peel and slice 6 potatoes rather thin.
    Slice 2 large onions and brown in 6 tablespoons butter or margarine.
    Add potatoes; mix lightly.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and allow to brown on the bottom.
    Turn, using another pan or plate so that you can turn the whole panful as a cake.
    Brown the other side, then add 2 tablespoons each of sugar and vinegar, mixed together.
    Cook for 4 minutes longer, and serve at once.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
