Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 can corn, drained
    1/2 c. chopped green onion (1 medium onion if you don't have green)
    1 finely chopped jalapeno pepper (optional)
    1 1/3 c. milk
    2 c. yellow corn meal
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Measure 1/8 cup oil into 10-inch cast iron skillet and put in oven.
    Beat eggs in medium sized bowl.
    Add milk and 1/8 cup oil.
    Sift dry ingredients into egg mixture and stir.
    Fold in drained corn, chopped onions and jalapeno.
