Nacho Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 (12 oz.) jar chunky salsa
1 c. frozen corn, thawed and drained
1/2 c. sour cream
4 c. tortilla chips, divided
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar or Colby and Monterey Jack cheese, divided
Preparation

Brown meat with chili powder and drain.
Stir in salsa, corn and sour cream.
Spoon 1 cup mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with 1/2 each of the chips, remaining meat mixture and cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
