Carrots With Horseradish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large carrots
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Cut carrots in julienne strips and cook in 1/2 cup boiling salted water for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup of liquid. Arrange carrots in Pyrex dish.
