7-Up Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
5 large eggs
pinch of salt
3 Tbsp. lemon extract
3 c. plain flour
1 c. 7-Up
Preparation

Cream margarine, Crisco and sugar very well.
Add eggs, one at a time, salt and lemon extract.
Add alternately the flour and 7-Up.
Beat until real smooth.
Bake in preheated oven (300\u00b0) 1 hour and 15 minutes in a tube pan, not a Bundt pan.
