Pineapple-Cheese Casserole(Not A Vegetable, But It Is A Side Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Mix together pineapple and cheese; set aside. Mix together sugar and flour. Add to the fruit and cheese mixture. Spread casserole into an 8 x 11 baking dish. Sprinkle crushed crackers over top. Pour melted butter over all. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Let cool and serve.
