Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. flour
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Beat together sugar and oil (10 minutes), add salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Then add eggs (one at a time) beating between each egg.
    Remove from beater, fold in carrots and flour. Pour into 3 greased/floured pans.
    (The trick to this recipe is mixing the sugar and oil 10 minutes.)
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
