Baked Ginger Pears(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 canned no-sugar-added pear halves, canned in natural juices
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger, or chopped crystallized ginger to taste
    1/4 c. unsalted dry-roasted chopped pecans
    crystallized ginger for garnish
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Drain pears, reserving juice.
    Arrange pear halves close together in a baking dish, cut side up.
    Set aside.
