Crazy Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk, soured with 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. unsifted cocoa
    1 c. butter, softened to room temperature (no substitutes)
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. sifted cake flour (not self-rising)
    1 c. strong coffee, boiling hot
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease well and flour 2 (9-inch) round pans.
    Add ingredients, without mixing, to a large bowl in the order listed.
    Beat one minute with an electric mixer at moderate speed or 3 minutes by hand.
    Pour into pans and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until the cakes shrink slightly from sides of pans and are springy to the touch.
