Hot Crab Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab (frozen, fresh or canned)
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/2 bottle capers, drained
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    dash of Tabasco
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Mix all items together, but use only 1/2 cheese.
    Add more seasoning if desired.
    Put in pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serve with crackers.
    Makes 30 servings.
