Chicken Salad Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. Major Grey's chutney, chopped
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, well drained
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    3 1/2 c. cooked chicken breast, diced
Preparation
    Mix sour cream,
    chutney,
    mayonnaise and curry powder. Add remaining ingredients and toss together.
    Place in refrigerator overnight.\tJust
    before
    serving,\tadd 1/4 cup coconut and 1 cup chow mein noodles.\tToss lightly.
    Serve immediately in lettuce cups.
    Serves 8.
