Low Calorie Cottage Style Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. cottage cheese
    2/3 c. skim milk
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Use nonstick skillet with Pam.
    Place eggs, cottage cheese and milk in a blender.
    Whirl at high speed until creamy.
    Add flour, soda and salt.
    Whirl until creamy and blended.
    Heat large skillet until a drop of water bounces.
    Pour batter to make 3 1/2-inch pancakes.
