English Fish Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    1/2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 beaten egg white
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast over half the warm water; let dissolve.
    Stir into flour and salt with oil.
    Add the remaining water to make batter the consistency of thick cream.
    Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
