Chicken Lo Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. Chinese noodles, cooked
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 onions, thinly sliced
    1/2 lb. bok choy slices
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut in strips
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook Chinese noodles according to package directions; reserve. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok or skillet.
    Add garlic and onions. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
    Add bok choy and stir-fry for 2 minutes . Add remaining oil if needed.
    Add chicken and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
    Combine remaining ingredients and add to wok or skillet, along with noodles.
    Stir well.
    Heat until hot, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
    Serves 4.
