Chicken Salad Hawaiian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. chicken flavored rice and vermicelli mix
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can pineapple slices, drained
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    1 can sliced pineapple, drained
    salad greens
Preparation
    Prepare rice mix following package directions.
    Cool slightly. In a bowl mix mayonnaise, ginger, salt and pepper.
    Add rice, chicken and celery.
    Toss gently to coat.
    Cover and refrigerate for several hours to blend flavors.
    Line salad plate with greens. Mound salad in center and surround with drained pineapple slices.
