Spicy Hot Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken wings
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. Louisiana hot sauce
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Disjoint chicken wings.
    Remove tips (save for soup or chicken stock).
    In a saucepan, melt butter and add hot sauce.
    Simmer while preparing wings.
    Heat oil to 375\u00b0.
    Deep fry wings 10 minutes or until crisp.
    Remove wings with slotted spoon, allowing excess oil to drain.
    Immediately stir wings into butter mixture and simmer 1 minute.
