Cheddar Rosemary Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Flour
    1 tsp. Salt
    2 Tbsp. Sugar
    1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
    1 Tbsp. Fresh Rosemary (Minced)
    1/2 - 1 tsp. Red Chili
    Pepper Flakes to Taste
    5 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
    1 1/3 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
    3 Tbsp. Butter (Melted)
Preparation
    1. Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Use an ungreased baking sheet. 2. Combine flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, rosemary, chili pepper flakes, and cheese in a bowl stirring with a fork to mix well until the dough holds together. 3. Lightly flour a board and transfer dough to it.
    Form the dough into a ball but don't over handle. Flatten dough to 3/4 inch thick disc. 4. Cut into 8 wedges. Transfer to baking sheet.
    Brush with butter. 5. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
    Serve warm.
