Monkey Bread(2 Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. dry yeast or 3 cakes yeast
    1 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    2 eggs, beaten
    approximately 6 c. flour
    2 sticks margarine, melted
Preparation
    Dissolve
    yeast
    in
    lukewarm water.
    Add boiling water and stir
    until
    shortening
    melts.
    Add
    2 beaten eggs.
    Add remaining
    flour
    and
    yeast
    mixture alternately until a soft dough is
    formed.
    Let
    rise
    to
    double
    in size.\tWork dough down.
    Divide
    in
    half.
    Roll
    each
    half of the dough into a rectangle
    approximately
    12
    x
    17-inch or until the dough is about
    1/4\tto
    1/2-inch
    thick.
    Cut
    into squares.
    Dip each piece into melted margarine.
    Arrange in tube pan until pan is half full.\tLet rise to top of pan and bake at 350\u00b0 until real brown on
    top.
    When bread is served, let each person pull off a hunk
    of
    bread.
    This bread can also be baked in loaf pans. Lay the
    pieces
    standing up in the pan so that the slices can be torn off.
    This bread also freezes well.
    Just tear off as much as you
    need
    for
    a
    family
    meal
    and wrap the rest in aluminum foil
    and
    freeze.\tWhen
    ready
    to eat just take the package of bread from the freezer; place in hot oven and heat.
