Oven Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up (or just thighs or legs, if desired)
    1 c. bisquick
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    few grains of pepper
    1/2 c. undiluted evaporated milk
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Dry chicken pieces and combine dry ingredients.
    Dip chicken in milk and then roll in dry mixture. Place chicken skin side up (you can remove skin if needed) in shallow baking pan.
    Sprinkle any left over mixture and pour melted butter over chicken.
    Bake for 55 to 60 min.
    It bakes a little extra crisp so cover with piece of brown paper bag first 45 min. This is especially good cold, such as for a picnic.
