Chicken Salad(8 To 10 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced cooked chicken (use chicken breasts, skinned and deboned)
    2 c. diced celery
    1 (4 1/4 oz.) jar whole mushrooms, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1/2 or 3/4 c. pecan halves, toasted
    4 slices crisp fried bacon, crumbled
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine chicken, celery, mushrooms, water chestnuts, pecans and crumbled bacon in a large bowl.
    Blend mayonnaise with remaining ingredients.
    Add to chicken mixture.
    Toss lightly to mix; chill thoroughly.
