Sugar Glazed Peanuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw Spanish peanuts
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    salt
Preparation
    Combine peanuts, sugar and water in heavy saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat until mixture crystallizes and coats the peanuts (about 10 to 15 minutes).
    Remove from heat and spread onto 2 large greased cookie sheets.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Stir and bake for 15 minutes more.
    Cool and break apart.
    Makes about 4 cups.
