Monterey Beans And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. beef bouillon
    1/2 medium onion, diced
    2 c. cooked kidney beans
    2 ripe tomatoes, diced or 3/4 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Fry, drain and break the bacon into pieces.
    Set aside.
    Saute the onions and green pepper in bacon fat until tender.
    Add all the remaining ingredients.
    Cook slowly, stirring constantly, until all the ingredients are blended and the cheese is smooth, about 5 minutes.
    Serves 6.
