Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. zucchini, cut up
    1 onion, chopped
    5 slices bacon, cut up
    1 can chicken soup
    2 cans water
    1 tsp. dry basil
    salt
    additional water if needed
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in large pot. Simmer 30 minutes.
    Cool. Blend small portions at a time.
    To serve, reheat and serve with croutons.
