Cocktail Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 c. corn flake crumbs
1/3 c. dried parsley
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 (1 lb.) can cranberry sauce
1 (12 oz.) jar chili sauce
2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine beef, corn flakes, parsley, eggs, soy sauce, pepper, garlic powder, catsup and onion.
Form mixture into small round meatballs.
Arrange in 10 x 15-inch baking dish. In saucepan put cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice.
Cook over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth and cranberry sauce is melted.
Pour this over meatballs and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
