Pineapple Loaf(No Eggs) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sweet milk
1/2 tsp. vinegar
2 c. flour, sifted
2 c. yellow cornmeal
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 c. dark molasses
Preparation

Stir the teaspoon of vinegar into the milk and let stand several minutes.
Combine the dry ingredients and gradually stir into milk with the melted butter.
Combine pineapple and molasses and stir into batter.
Pour into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
