Shrimp Creole(Yield: 4 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. medium shrimp, shelled and cleaned
1/2 c. each finely chopped celery, onion and green pepper
2 Tbsp. oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation

In 2-quart casserole dish, combine celery, green pepper, onion, oil and garlic.
Heat 4 to 5 minutes on High until vegetables are tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Heat, covered, 3 minutes on High.
