Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. medium white potatoes
    3 slices bacon, diced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt (Lawry's seasoning)
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salted water until
    tender,
    about
    1/2 hour. Drain, peel and slice potatoes into
    bowl.
    In
    skillet, fry bacon until crisp.\tRemove and add onion to drippings, cook until transparent.
    Add flour, stir until smooth.
    Add vinegar, seasonings and water.
    Bring to boil.
    (This is a roux.) Add to potatoes, mix well.
    May be
    kept warm in a Dutch oven or heavy pot until served.
    Cooking time is 3/4 hour.
