Frog Eye Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. enriched pasta (8 oz.)
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve 1/4 c. juice)
1 3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin orange segments, drained
2 c. Cool Whip
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. flaked coconut (optional)
Preparation

Cook pasta 11 minutes or until done; rinse and drain.
Comes in letters, numbers, pearls, all shapes.
Mix juice, milk, sugar and pudding for 2 minutes.
Fold pasta into pudding.
Add crushed pineapple, mandarin orange segments, Cool Whip, marshmallows and coconut.
Pour into a glass serving bowl.
Top with orange segments or sliced kiwi for color.
Yummy.
