Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. zucchini (unpeeled), sliced
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. each: parsley, basil, oregano, pepper and butter flavored salt
6 eggs, beaten well
1 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk
Preparation

Cook zucchini, onion and spices over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Beat eggs with dry milk.
Combine with cooked vegetables and bake in glass pie pan at 375\u00b0 for 16 minutes.
