Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 stick oleo, melted
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
3 stiffly beaten egg whites
1 c. chopped pecans
vanilla wafers
whipped cream
Preparation

Cream sugar and oleo.
Add crushed pineapple.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and chopped pecans.
Layer with vanilla wafers in serving dish.
Top with whipped cream.
Refrigerate several hours.
