Ginger Beef Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. beef top round steak
    1/2 c. beef broth
    3 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
    2 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
    nonstick spray coating
    12 oz. asparagus spears, trimmed and cut in 1-inch long pieces (2 c.)
    1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 c. small broccoli flowerets
    4 green onions, bias sliced into 1-inch lengths (1/2 c.)
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Trim fat from beef. Partially freeze beef; thinly slice across the grain into bite size strips. Set aside.
