Ingredients

1 c. heavy cream, chilled
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. plain low-fat yogurt
Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and beat until stiff.
Transfer the cream to a serving bowl and refrigerate, covered, for at least 30 minutes before serving.
A dollop of this light, glossy cream is a fine accompaniment for any crumb cake.
