Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Cook butter and brown sugar over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add milk and stir until mixture comes to a boil; remove from heat.
Let cool a few minutes.
Add confectioners sugar.
