Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. soft, unseeded rye bread crumbs
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. catsup or chili sauce
    2 lb. ground beef or turkey
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs, sauerkraut, eggs, milk, chopped onion, caraway seed, pepper and catsup or chili sauce.
    Then after a good mixing, add ground beef or turkey.
    Mix well.
    Pat into a thick, flat loaf (10 x 8 or 9 x 13-inch) pan.
    Bake 1 1/4 hours.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
