Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts or whole chicken, cooked and cut up
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 lb. butter (1 stick)
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    4 c. boiling water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Cover bottom with rice.
    Arrange chicken over rice; dot with butter. Sprinkle onion mix over all.
    Pour boiling water into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
