Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. pumpkin (approximately 1 1/2 c.)
    3 egg yolks
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    4 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 heaping tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients, then add 1 quart of milk.
    Mix well.
    Last add beaten egg whites (3 whites).
    Pour into 2 large or 3 small unbaked crusts.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until sets in the middle.
