"Sweet And Sour Chicken Wings" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken wings
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. cornstarch
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. red currant jelly
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Fry wings in deep fat, after dipping in cornstarch and egg, about 5 minutes.
    Combine rest of ingredients and heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
    (Wing tips may be removed before cooking.)
