Dennis' Delicious Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1/2 bottle original Heinz 57 sauce
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 Cup bread crumbs
1/2 Cup instant rice
2 eggs
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp. chopped celery
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Drizzle a little Heinz 57 on top and bake at 350 for about 1 hour or until done.
Drain grease before cutting.
