Super Quick Fish Sandwiches(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
    1 egg white (from 1 large egg)
    1 lb. flounder fillet, cut in 4 pieces
    4 hamburger buns
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Spread crumbs on waxed paper.
    Beat egg white.
    Dip fish in egg and press on crumbs to coat.
    Place on rack in pan.
    Bake 6 to 8 minutes until fish is opaque and crumbs are browned.
    Serve on rolls with tartar sauce.
