Nancy'S Favorite Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pkg. mixed frozen veggies or green beans
    1/2 c. sour cream
    8 slices Swiss cheese (approximately 8)
    1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed or bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Spray casserole dish with Pam.
    Cook veggies according to package; drain.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Mix in sour cream, flour, salt, pepper and butter.
    Place slices of cheese over all. Sprinkle with crumbs.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
    Serves approximately six.
