Deviled Eggs And Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-cooked eggs
    1/4 c. finely minced celery
    2 1/2 Tbsp. finely minced green onions
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    3/4 tsp. vinegar
    salt
    cayenne pepper
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. crispy finely crumbled bacon
    chopped fresh garlic
    cloves
Preparation
    Slice hard-cooked eggs in half lengthwise.
    Remove yolks.
    Mash yolks with fork and combine with dry ingredients first, then add wet ingredients second.
    Blend well and add additional mayonnaise, if mixture not creamy enough texture.
    Fill egg whites with mixture and top with chives.
