Rhubarb Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. red food coloring
    4 c. finely cut rhubarb
    3 c. biscuit mix
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Bring sugar, water and food coloring to a boil.
    Cook until sugar is dissolved.
    Place rhubarb in a 12 x 15-inch pan (pan should be about half full).
    Pour syrup over rhubarb.
