Tamale Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef or turkey
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies stewed tomatoes
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped bell peppers
    1 pkg. chili seasoning
    3 pkg. Mexican corn bread
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Lightly grease a casserole dish or 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Prepare corn bread as directed.
    Brown meat, onions and bell peppers.
    Add chili seasoning and tomatoes.
    Pour 1/2 of the corn bread batter in pan, add meat mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
    Add remaining corn bread batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
