Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter or margarine
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (cornbread)
2 c. squash
4 oz. jar pimento
2 Tbsp. grated onion
2 grated carrots
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation

Melt butter in oblong Pyrex dish.
Pour melted butter over stuffing mix; stir until well saturated.
Press half of stuffing mix in bottom of the Pyrex dish.
Mix all other ingredients together and pour in Pyrex.
Add the other half of stuffing mix on top of ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
