Butterscotch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 egg yolks
    3 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. maple flavoring
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    When butter is golden brown, add brown sugar and heat.
    Stir in water, cornstarch, sugar, salt and milk.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly.
    Cool. Pour into cooled baked pie shell.
