Sausage, Egg And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cooked, drained sausage
    9 beaten eggs
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    3 slices cubed bread
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour into buttered baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 1 hour.
    Especially good to do ahead for Christmas morning breakfast so you don't have to be in the kitchen and miss all the fun!
