Cheesy Potato And Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken bouillon cubes
    6 c. water
    2 1/2 c. diced potatoes
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced onion
    20 oz. chopped broccoli or California Blend
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Add bouillon to water and heat.
    Add potatoes, celery, onions and broccoli; cook until tender.
    Add soup and cheese; cook on low until cheese melts but doesn't curdle.
